Fungsinya bukan cuma bikin otot lebih lentur, tapi juga meningkatkan aliran darah dan mencegah cedera. Misalnya arm swing, leg swing, atau torso rotation. Tujuannya memanaskan otot, meningkatkan denyut jantung, dan menyiapkan tubuh untuk beban latihan.
